STEP 1 — Pre-Construction Package

Sets your project up for success and eliminates surprises, protects your budget.  You receive the following.

Defined scope, Design direction, Budget ranges, Timeline roadmap, Constraints & risk analysis

You own all deliverables. Whether you build with us or not, you walk away with a clear, professional plan. Most clients actually save money because this step prevents missteps, redesigns, and unrealistic expectations.


STEP 2 — CM BUILT Remodel Package

We present your simplified three-line-item Sales Order consisting of the following.

Design Package, Construction Package, Finishes Package Including: Detailed Scope of Work, Terms of Work, Investment(s), Payment schedule

This contract moves your project into production.


STEP 3 — Design Sign-Off

You approve all design decisions and layout details.  This ensures the project is locked, aligned, and ready for procurement.


STEP 4 — Finishes Ordered

We order all selected finishes to eliminate delays, backorders, and unexpected substitutions.


STEP 5 — Finishes Delivered

We confirm receipt, inspect quality, and stage materials for construction.


STEP 6 — Demo Begins

This is a key CM BUILT advantage: We never demo your home early and leave you living in chaos.  Demo begins only when rough-in and finishes are onsite.


STEP 7 — Construction Phase

Site work, concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinets, and all structural or architectural work.


STEP 8 — Finishes Installed

Tile, trim, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, hardware, and all stylistic elements come together.


STEP 9 — Quality Control Review

We inspect everything using our CM BUILT Quality Checklist.  Punch items are completed promptly.


STEP 10 — Completion & Walkthrough

Your space is cleaned, detailed, and presented to you for final walkthrough and turnover.
